is an mp3 site with the general search and
A~Z browse options, with, sadly, no genre
menu in sight! Browsing for songs can be
a little frustrating without the genre menu.
Prices are based on song lengths which has
advantages and disadvantages.
Obviously if an album has an intro or interlude
you will only be charged a very small fee
rather then a fixed price like some of the
other MP3 sites listed.
You only have two options to pay which is
very restricting.
Unlike competitors, MP3Ninja
have News and Articles, artist biogs and
you can rate artists.
Many albums are encoded at 240Kbps
~ 320Kbps.
A minimum of $19.99 is
required before you can start downloading
but, at the time of writing this, you do
get a fantastic bonus of $10
added to your account upon adding $19.99.
Discounts are available. When you add $29.99
you receive a $5 bonus.
Add $49.99 and receive
a $10 bonus, and adding
a maximum of $99.99 returns
a bonus of $30.
MP3Ninja
catalogue size is unknown, they do appear
to have a good selection of commercial songs.
